Our firm is committed to ethical business practices and providing the highest quality professional services. In order to fulfill our responsibilities and obligations as professionals and among our employees, we welcome all reports from internal and external individuals regarding any unethical conduct or concerns related to quality management within the firm.

Handling of Reported Matters

Upon receiving a report, we will promptly conduct an investigation and take appropriate actions and will provide the reporting individual with a response regarding the outcome.
However, please note that unsubstantiated allegations or matters unrelated to ethical conduct and quality management may not be addressed.

Protection of Informer

The firm will take every measure and effort to ensure the confidentiality of the informant and the reported information. Retaliation against such individuals is strictly prohibited.

What to Report

Matters regarding confidentiality between corporation and client(s)
Matters related to independence
Acts of inside trading
Matters related to quality management standards
Fraudulent and/or improper financial audits
Workplace harassment and unfair treatment
Bribery and/or corruption
Other unethical behaviors, violations of regulations, or inappropriate acts

How to Submit a Report

Reports can be submitted via mail or email.
While the firm accepts anonymous reports, we encourage the reporting individual to provide their identities whenever possible,
as anonymous reports may limit our ability to verify the facts.
